LETTER 1
Oh Martyrs
The battle of freedom once begun
And handed down from sire to son
Though often lost is ever won!!
To-day is the tenth of May! It was on this day, that in the ever memorable year of 1857, the first campaign of the War of Independence was opened by you, Oh Martyrs, on the battle-field of India. The Motherland, awakened to the sense of her degrading slavery, Unsheathed her sword, burst forth from the shackles and struck the first blow for her liberty and for her honour. It was on this day that the war-cry ‘Maro Feringhee Ko’ was raised by the throats of thousands. It was on this day that the sepoys of Meerut, having risen in a terrible uprising, marched down to Delhi, saw the waters of the Jamuna, glittering in the sunshine, caught one of those historical moments which close past epoch to introduce a new one, and ‘had found, in a moment, a leader, a flag and a clause, and converted the mutiny into a national and a religious war.’ All honour be to you, oh Martyrs. For it was for the preservation of the honour of the
race that you performed the fiery ordeal of a revolution when the religions of the land were threatened with a forcible and sinister conversion, when the hypocrete threw off his friendly garb and stood up into the naked heinousness of a perfidious foe breaking
treaties, smashing crowns, forging chains and mocking all the while our merciful mother for the very honesty with which she believed the pretensions of the white liar, then you, oh Martyrs of 1857, awoke the mother, inspired the mother, and for the honour of the
mother, rushed to the battlefield terrible and tremendous with the war-cry ‘Maro Feringhee Ko’ on your lips, and with the sacred mantra God and Hindusthan on your banner ! Well did you do in rising. For otherwise, although your blood might have been spared, yet the stigma of servility would have been the deeper, one more link would have been added to the cursed chain of demoralizing patience, and the world would have again contemptuously pointed to our nation saying, ‘She deserves slavery, she is happy in slavery.’ For even in 1857, she did not raise even a finger to protect her interest and her honour!’ This day, therefore, we dedicate, oh Martyrs,to your inspiring memory! It was on this day that you raised a new flag to be upheld, you uttered a mission to be fulfilled,
you saw a vision to be realized, you proclaimed a nation to be born! We take up your cry, we revere your flag, we are determined to continue that fiery mission of ‘away with the foreigner’, which you uttered, amidst the prophetic thunderings of the Revolutionary war. Revolutionary, yes, it was a Revolutionary war. For the War of 1857 shall not cease till the revolution arrives, striking slavery into dust, elevating liberty to the throne. Whenever a people arises for its freedom, whenever that seed of liberty gets germinated in the blood of its fathers, whenever that seed of liberty gets germinated in the blood of its Martyrs, and whenever there remains at least one
true son to avenge that blood of his fathers, there never can be an end to such a war as this. No, a revolutionary war knows no truce, save liberty or death. We, inspired by your memory, determine to continue the struggle you began in 1857, we refuse to
acknowledge the armistice as a truce; we look upon the battles you fought as the battles of the first campaign—the defeat of which cannot be the defeat of the war. What? Shall the world say that India has accepted the defeat as the final one? That the
blood of 1857 was shed in vain? That the sons of Ind betray their fathers’ vows? No, by Hindusthan, no! The historical continuity of the Indian nation is not cut off. The war began on the 10thof May 1857 is not over on the 10thof May 1908, nor shall it ever cease till a 10thof May to come sees the destiny accomplished, sees the beautiful Ind crowned, either with the lustre of victory or with the halo of martyrdom. But, O glorious Martyrs, in this pious struggle of your sons help. O help us by your inspiring presence! Torn in innumerable pettyselves, we cannot realise the grand unity of the Mother. Whisper, then, unto us by what magic you caught the secret of Union. How the feringhee rule was shattered to pieces and the Swadeshi thrones were set up by the common consent of Hindus and Mahomedans. How in the higher love of the mother, united the difference of castes and creeds, how the venerated and venerable
Bahadur Shah prohibited the killing of cows throughout India, Hew Shreemant Nanasahib after the first salute of the thundering cannon to the emperor of Delhi, reserved for himself the second one! How you staggered the whole world by uniting under the banner of mother and forced your enemies to say ‘Among the many lessons the Indian Mutiny conveys to the historian and administrator, none is of greater importance than the warning that it is possible to have a revolution in which Brahmins and Shudras, Mahomedans and Hindus were united against us and that it is not safe to suppose that the peace and stability of our dominion in any great measure depends on the continent being inhabited by different races with different religious systems, for they mutually understand each other and respect and take part in each other’s modes and ways and doings. The mutiny reminds us thatour dominions rest on a thin crust ever likely to be rent by titanic fires of socialchanges and revolutions.’ Whisper unto us the nobility of such an alliance of Religion and Patriotism, the true religion whichever is on the side of patriotism, the true patriotism which secures the freedom of religion.
And give us the marvellous energy daring and secrecy with which you organized the mighty volcano; show us the volcanic magma that underlie the green thin crust on which the foe is to be kept lulled into a false security; tell us how the chapatti, that fiery
Cross of India flew from village to village and from valley to valley, setting the whole intellect of the nation on fire by the very vagueness of its message and then let us hear the roaring thunder with which the volcano atlast burst forth with an all shuttering
force, rushing, smashing, burning and consuming into one continuous fiery flow of redhot lava-flood! With in a month, regiment after regiment, prince after prince, city after city, sepoys, police, zemindars, Pundits, Moulvis, the multiple-headed Revolution
sounded its tocsin and temples and mosques resounded with the cry ‘Maro feringhee Ko’ Away with the foreigners! MEERUT ROSE, Delhi rose, roseBenares, Agra, Patna, Lucknow, Allahabad, Jadagalpoor, Jhansi, Banda, Indore- from Peshwar to Calcutta and
from the Narmada to the Himalayas, the volcano burst forth into a sudden, simultaneous and all consuming conflagration! !
And then, oh Martyrs, tell us the little as well as the great defects which you found out in our people in that great experiment of yours. But above all, point out that most ruinous, nay, the only material draw-back in the body of the nation which rendered all
your efforts futile- the mean selfish blindness which refuses to see its way to join the nation’s cause. Say that the only cause of the defeat of Hindusthan was Hindusthan herself, that shaking away the slumber of centuries, the mother rose to hit the foe, but
while her right hand was striking the Feringhee dead, her left hand struck, alas, not the enemy, but her forehead! So she staggered and fell back into the inevitable swoon of 50 years.
Fifty years are past, but, oh restless spirits of 1857, we promise you with our hearts’ blood that your Diamond Jubilee shall not pass without seeing your wishes fulfilled!! We have heard your voice and we gather courage from it. With limited means you sustained
a war, not against tyranny alone, but against tyranny and treachery together. The Daub and Ayodhya making a united stand, waged a war, not only against the whole of the British power but against the rest of the India too; and yet you fought for three years
and yet you had well-nigh snatched away the crown of Hindusthan and smashed the hollow existence of the alien rule. What an encouragement this! What the Duab and Ayodhya could do in a month, the simultaneous, sudden and determined rising of the whole of Hindusthan can do in a day. This hope illumines our hearts and assures us of success. And so we allow that your Diamond Jubilee year 1917 shall not pass without seeing the resurging Ind making a triumphant entry into the world. For, the bones of Bahadur Shah are crying vengeance from their grave! For, the blood of dauntless Laxmi is boiling with indignation! For, the shahid Peer Ali of Patna,
when he was going to the gallows for having refused to divulge the secrets of the conspiracy whispered defiance to the Feringhee said in prophetic words ‘You may hang me today, you may hang such as me everyday, but thousands will still rise in my place-
your object will never be gained.’ Indians, these words must be fulfilled!Your blood, oh Martyrs, shall be avenged.

Sun sets in muddy water says Allah

In my last article “Quran- The word of God” we saw that there are many verses in Quran, which has human origins, or are written by the self-proclaimed Prophet of Islam himself. We also discussed how Allah challenges Non-Believers to find errors and discrepancies in Quran. In this article I’ll try to give at least one irrefutable evidence from Quran, which proves that Quran has error, discrepancies, and its author was too weak in general science to be the Lord of this Universe.

Famous Indian Televangelist Zakir Naik have tried his best to answer this particular question which we are about to discuss with his silly and illogical arguments, and other Islamic scholars have written lengthy articles to defend this unscientific statement of Allah mentioned in Quran, but they have failed miserably. This devastating error in Holy Book of Islam is that, as per the lord of Muslims, ‘Allah’, our Sun Sets In Some Dirty Muddy Pool or River? I mean, will any sane person ever believe such book to be a word of God? Now I will present the evidences from canonical Islamic scriptures to prove that indeed in reality Allah, or the author of Quran believed that Sun sets somewhere in Western part of this earth in some Muddy (Murky) pool, river or pond. Let’s begin by reading the verse from Quran 18:86, which says:

Until, when he reached the setting place of the sun, he found it setting in a spring of black muddy (or hot) water. And he found near it a people. We (Allah) said (by inspiration): “O Dhul-Qarnain! Either you punish them, or treat them with kindness.”

I don’t intent to hurt feelings of Muslims, but is Allah even Junior School pass? We all know for sure that Sun is much, much bigger than earth and it is also millions of KM away from earth, so how can we expect the sun to set in black muddy water. Muslim scholars defend this error by claiming that it appeared to ‘Dhul- Qarnain’ that sun is setting in the muddy water. No issue I have done my home work, let’s read what one of the earliest Tafsir, by the companion of Prophet Muhammad writes about this verse.

Tafsir Ibn Abbas [18:86]:
(Till, when he reached the setting place of the sun) where the sun sets, (he found it setting in a muddy spring) a blackened, muddy and stinking spring; it is also said that this means: a hot spring, (and found a people thereabout) these people were disbelievers: (We said: O Dhu’l-Qarnayn!) We inspired him (Either punish) either kill them until they accept to believe that there is no deity except Allah (or show them kindness) or you pardon them and let them be.

It is not difficult to understand the verse, it simply says that as per Allah, when Dhul-Qarnain (Alexander The Great) reached the setting place of sun, he found it setting in muddy and stinking spring or pond as per some translation. When the Arabs asked Muhammad, about the rising place of sun, then his friend and partner Allah again revealed few verses to help the Prophet of Islam. Allah said in Quran 18:89-90, which says:

Quran 18:89: Then he followed another way

Quran 18:90: Until, when he came to the rising place of the sun, he found it rising on a people for whom We (Allah) had provided no shelter against the sun.

Here we find, that as per Allah Dhul-Qarnain traveled another way, which must be most probably east to find from where sun rises, and astonishingly he found the sun rising on people who were unbelievers and had no shelter. This explanation is sufficient for rationals and open-minded people to prove that Allah didn’t knew simple science and Quran has errors, but not for Muslim readers and blind believers, who copy-paste lies of Islamic scholars to defend Quranic errors its insufficient.

Response to Riddle of Krishna of Ambedkar

World wide a large number of people are influenced with Shri Krishna. He is known as Yogeshwar Shri Krishn. But unfortunately Krishna has also been used as a tool by a group of people to cover-up their unethical acts and wishes. Shri Krishna has been projected by people as a carrier of all the unsocial activities and behavior, whether it is prostitution or misbehaving with ladies or it is theft etc. Because of this Shir Krishna has been targeted by people from outside as well within India by different sects.

Maharshee Dayanand considered Shri Krishna as a noble man. Shri Krishna was one of the character whom he considered as noble personality. He was very upset with those kind of people who were indulged in the process of maligning the image of the great person of the era(Dwapar).

He is the character whose name was referred as noble by Maharshee Dayanand Saraswati to the people of India. Maharshee Dayanand writes in Light of Truth that :

“The life-sketch of Krishna given in the Mahabharat is very good. His nature, attributes, character, and life-history are all like that of an apta (altruistic teacher). Nothing is written therein that would go to show that he committed any sinful act during his whole life, but the author of the Bhagvat has attributed to him as many vices and sinful practices as he could. He has charged him falsely with the theft of milk, curd, and butter, etc., adultery with the female servant called Kubja, flirtation with other people’s wives in the Rasmandal, and many other vices like these. After reading this account of Krishna’s life, the followers of other religions speak ill of him. Had there been no Bhagvat, great men like Krishna would not have been wrongly lowered in the estimation of the world.

There are lots of literature available about Shri Krishna. Mainly literature that speaks about Krishna is Mahabharat, Harivansh and few of the Puranas. There is too much of differences that is found in the different stories about Shri Krishna in the different books. This fact is accepted and supported by different authors who have researched and wrote about most prominent personality of Dwapar Yuga. Most Authentic story which has less adulterated verses is found in the Mahabharata.

Now , we will discuss various objections of Dr. Ambedkar one by one.

Dr. Ambedkar first of all has proclaimed that Ugrasen’s wife had an illicit connection with Drumila the Danava king of Saubbha. From this illicit connection was born Kansa who was in a sense the cousin of Devaki. Whatever Dr. Ambedkar has written in this regard is totally baseless. Nothing is mentioned in this regard in the Mahabharata or Bhagwat (mostly known books about story of Shri Krishna). It seems imagination of his mind that is baseless and should be condemned as without and base writing such derogatory statement does not suits the image of person he was.

First Dr. Ambedkar has cited birth of Balram as miraculous mentioning that the seventh child, Balram, was miraculously transferred from Devaki’s womb to that of Rohine, another wife of Vasudev and has also discussed about the birth of Shri Krishna. Dr. Ambedkar has written about the most common story heard around of a voice of heaven that Devaki’s eight child would kill the Kansa and hence Kans imprisoned both Devaki and her husband Vasudev.

Story about miraculous birth that Dr. Ambedkar has cited from Purans don’t find any place in Mahabharata. Bakim Chandra Chatopadhyay wirtes that in Bhagwat and Mahabharat Krishn declares that Kans was uprooted his father from the post of the King and controlled the kingdom and he was so cruel that people started to leave Mathura in search of safe heaven. He writes there about the possibility that by considering the environment of the terror, Vasudev and Devaki might have placed Krishna and Balram in the supervision of Nand. Further Pandit Chaumupati Ji have mentioned in the “Yogeshwar Shri Krishn” that in Maharabharat while elaborating the criminal acts of the Kansa, Krishn neither has discussed that Vasudev was imprisoned for ten or twenty years nor he has said about the personal torture of Kansa on his parents. Hence all the facts confirms that there was nothing miraculous in the birth of Krishna and Balaram.

Dr. Ambedkar has written that the killing of Asuras and number of other heroic deeds, impossible for an ordinary human child. But these are the chief staple of the Pauranic account of Krishna’s early life. He says that first of these is the killing of Putana. Pandit Chamupati has discussed this aspect as under:

वसतातोकुळेतेषाम पूतना बाल घातिनी।

सुप्तंकृष्णमुपादायरात्रौ सा प्रददौस्तनम

यस्मैयस्मैस्तनंरात्रौ पूतना संप्रयच्छति

तस्यतस्यक्षणेनान्गमबालकस्योपहन्यते।

अंश ५, अ. ५ श्लोक ७,८,

In Vishnu Puran , Putana is resident of Gokul. In Hariwansh she is called care taker of Kans and In Brahmvart she is called sister or Kans. There are different stories about the Putana in various puranas in this regard and their stand on Putana are not tuned in.

Bankim Chandra Chatopaddhyay says that this story is also available in Mahabharat, in Shishupal murder chapter. Shishupal has called her “Shakuni”.

Eagle, and other meat eater birds are called “Shakuni”. Shishupal says in Mahabharat:

यद्यनेनहतोबाल्येशकुनिश्चित्रमत्रकिम। सभा. ४१/७

Objections to the Creationism of the Bible

The whole edifice of Christian theology of Salvation finds it’s origins in the Biblical account of creation and the subsequent fall of man — necessitating the final salvation through Jesus Christ. So we begin our critique with this myth. The fundamentalists would have us believe that God created the world from nothing (ex nihilo). The world was created according to Genesis in 6 days, then God tired from his labour and took rest on the seventh day, which was consecrated as a holy day. (The original day was Saturday which Emperor Constantine changed to Sunday). If this is accepted as a Myth — meaning a description which explains an inexplicable Truth, then there is no problem. When it is presented as historic and cosmological fact then some questions call for answers. The first major problem that faces us with the story of creation is that there are two distinct and Mutually contradictory accounts.

Genesis 1; 1-31

The earth is formless and void — water is in a state of chaos.

Day 1. God creates the light through speech and separates it from darkness, calls light day and darkness night.

Day 2. Divides the waters upwards and downwards by the sky.

Day 3. Gathers the waters below the sky into the sea, and dry land (earth) appears. Creates vegetation.

Day 4. Creates sun, moon and stars. Day 5. Creates creatures of the sea and birds, and sea monsters (ta‘inim).

Day 6. Creates cattle and all earth creatures,then creates both male and female (Adam & Eve).

Day 7. Takes rest from His handiwork.

Genesis 2; 4-25

The earth is barren and dry

Step 1. A spring gushes out and waters the entire earth.

Step 2. God creates Adam from the dust.

Step 3. God plants a garden to the east — Eden, together with the tree of life and the tree of good & evil.

Step 4. God puts Adam in the garden to work as a gardener.

Step 5. Makes animals to be his companions so that he won’t be lonely. He brings each one to Adam to name it.

Step 6. Adam still has no helper and so God creates Eve from his rib.

Objection 1. The creation ex nihilo?

There is no definite statement that the world was created from nothing. The first verse “ln the beginning God created heaven and earth” is a statement introducing a subject about to be taught ie. the creation of heaven and earth. There was either a pre-existent chaos in which earth and water and sky were all combined and undifferentiated or the first thing that God did was to create a chaos and then set about sorting it out.

Objection 2. Day & Night without the Sun?

God separates light from darkness and calls the light Day and the darkness Night. (Genesis 1;4) Then three days later he creates the sun.(Genesis 1;16) How is it possible for day to exist without the sun? Every school child knows that the day and night are created by the movement of the earth. The Fundamentalist will perform all kinds of exegetical gymnastics to get out of this quandary. Saying that the Day referred to is not an actual day, and the Night is not an actual night — none of which is borne out by the text which uses the words in a simple and straight forward manner, affirming that day and night were alternating with each other.

Objection 3. Canopy of the sky?

According to Genesis 1; 6-8 God separates the waters by means of the canopy of the sky. There is water below which is the sea and there is another body of water above the sky. Seeing that water is a physical substance this canopy too must be a physical substance. Yet millions of people have ﬂown in aircraft above the clouds, space ships and satellites have regularly been sent into space yet never has there been any report of vast bodies of water beyond the sky! Nor a canopy that has been pierced.

Objection 4. Creation of Man

We are told that God created animals first and then followed with the creation of man (Adam) and woman (Eve) at the same time. We are then told that he first created Adam, then he created the animals to be companions to him. When this does not alleviate Adam’s loneliness he takes a rib and creates woman (Eve) to be his companion. An evangelical friend of mine understood the second account to be an elaboration of the ﬁrst account. But he still could not adequately explain how the animals were created before Adam and then again after him.

Objection 5. Human-like Activities of God.

Genesis 2; 8 tells us that God then took to gardening and planted a garden in the east called Eden. He then gave Adam and Eve to live in the garden. In the cool of the evening He used to stroll about in the garden4alking to himself (Genesis 3;8). Where Adam and Eve hide themselves from him, he couldn’t find them and called out to them(Genesis 3;9). He then interrogates them about their indiscreet behaviour and curses them. This episode clearly demonstrates that God is very much a physical being with physical limitations and is not yet omniscient. If the East spoken of is a geographic east why is it that the garden of Eden has never been found? If it is acknowledged by our Fundamentalist friend to be spiritual realm, then surely the account cannot be historic! History pertains to the realm of scientific investigation not to the realm of mythological speculation! The two views are incompatible. One Evangelical that I was discussing this subject with told me that the garden had been destroyed in the flood! Tree of life and all! (There is no indication of this in the Bible to my knowledge!)

Objection 6. The existence of other Peoples

Adam and Eve had two sons — Qayn and Hevel, Qayn killed Hevel, God then inquires from Qayn what has happened to his brother (Gen. 4;10) In the dialogue that follows Qayn expresses fear that he will be victimized and the Lord acknowledging the reality of his fear promises to protect him (Gen. 4; 15).Qayn then departs to the land of Nod where he marries and has children (Genesis 4; 16). It seems like the creator suddenly has a memory lapse, the entire population of the earth is three; Adam, Eve and Qayn, so who does Qayn fear and from whom will God protect him? Where did those people in the land of Nod come from? Who made them? If this is an historical account we must come to the logical conclusion that other creators were at work oblivious of each other’s agendas!

Objection 7. Lifespan exceeding 800 years

We then have a genealogical table of Adam’s descendants all whom live not less than 800 years! Seeing that a year has always been exactly 12 months except in a leap year it is impossible to accept that our pre-flood ancestors actually lived for 800 + years!

Objection 8. God’s lack of knowledge

The people began building a tower to ascend to heaven (Gen 11;4) God (elohim) came down from heaven to see what they were doing (Gen 11;5) He became worried because nothing would prevent them from doing what they have imagined to do (Gen 11;6) God (elohim) then says “let us divide their languages so that they will become confused and their work will be obstructed” (Gen 11;7) From this “historical” account we learn that God lives up in the sky beyond the clouds, his vision is limited so he cannot see clearly from were he is. He is compelled to descend from the sky to observe what the people are doing. He becomes worried because they can and will reach heaven if they continue building and so he and his colleagues (“let us“) divide the languages, cause confusion and so foil the plot by humans to ascend to heaven!!

The Bible that is Never Quoted

The Bible is a book of miscellaneous character. It was composed by many authors, some of whose Names are known and other unknown and handed down by word of mouth for centuries. lt contains Poetry, history, legends, fables, ethics, prophecy, parable, and superstition. The good and bad, beautiful and ugly, savage and tender, are all wonderfully mixed. It is also a very large book without an index or table of contents and as such it is very easy to read it in an uncritical manner, selecting passages that are agreeable and simply ignoring those that are unagreeable or difficult to understand. Hence the necessity for this Book of unusual or little known Biblical quotes, which is chiefly designed for non-Christians and Freethinkers, but should also be of service to inquiring Christians. The object of this compilation is to present a collection of embarrassing verses which are never quoted by missionaries and in most cases little known by the missionaries themselves. The quotes are presented as they appear in the Bible with the chapters and verses for the purpose of cross-reference by interested scholars. The worst things in the Bible have been selected; its self-contradictions, its absurdities, its immoralities, its indecencies, and its brutalities. Many Christians will doubtless object to this way of approaching the Bible. They will probably deny the fairness of dissecting the Bible in this way and presenting the passages out of context. But the apologists of the Christian Scriptures, particularly the evangelicals are constantly occupied in asserting that the Bible is the unquestionable and infallible “Word of the True God”. It is also the way of true morality and everything in their lives has reference to the Bible and what the Bible says on various selective topics — from the election of the president, to war, abortion and homosexuality. Unquestionably it would be grossly unfair to disembowel an ordinary book in this way. But the Bible is not an ordinary book. lt is endorsed in England as “God’s Word” by Act of Parliament, it is believed by many that everything in it is historically and scientiﬁcally true. The creation of the world, the origins of the human species, God’s plan for salvation and everything else is the Absolute Truth to millions of pious Christians. Wars were fought over it, Governments rose and fell through it, blood was shed in it’s name, people were conquered and enslaved on its teachings, persecution was justified by its myths and personal prejudices and hatreds were keep inflamed by its quotes. Its supporters use its verses to denigrate and denounce other belief systems and certainly in the past to justify burning people alive. Evangelicals use a highly critical method of examining the Sacred Scriptures of the Hindus in order to expose their flaws and contradictions and to refute them by appealing to logic, science and ethics. None of these methods are ever applied by them to their own Bible which is seen as so sacred and self evidently perfect that any attempt to censure it would be blasphemy warranting the wrath of God and the righteous indignation of pious Christians and punishment. Of an etemal damnation. The verses are presented with minimal commentary in order to allow the Bible to speak for itself and Give evidence in its own name.

Hindus are now the favored target group for the Southern Baptist Evangelicals who are now pouring hundreds and thousands of dollars into the conversion of the Hindus in India. Hindus are seen as an easy target because of their openness, respect for other religions and deep sense of the spiritual.— Values which can easily be exploited in the conversion strategy. The most common strategy is sales. Is to convince the victim of the need for the product been purveyed. This is done by establishing the superiority of the new product over the old product. ln the unlearned populace this is easily done by comparing the best of the new with the worst of the old. Evangelical missionaries learn the basics of Hinduism and then compare the most contentious aspects with the best of Christianity. Stressing all the successes, theological beauty and religious fellowship. Teaching that Hinduism is a product of the devil and how much the damned heathen will beneﬁt from the goodness and truth of Christianity — this is further backed up by the building of Schools, clinics and financial support for the new converts. The Bible is the basis of the Evangelical case. The missionaries have an amazing range of Biblical quotes in their repetoir all designed to show us the error of our ways, to expose our ignorance and to teach us benighted heathens about the “True Living God” and the perils we face in not accepting the presented version of Christianity. Historically Evangelism goes hand in hand with imperialism, chauvinism and western supremacy. The Missionaries of old were always followed by the soldiers and the merchants. The missionaries stole The spirituality of the natives, the soldiers stole their land and the merchants stole their resources. The English imperialist agenda was justiﬁed by the pious desire to bring “The light“to the heathens of the Third world! The real agenda was for material exploitation. The genocide practiced by the (Protestant) Founding Fathers of America, by the (Anglican) English in Tasmania, by the (Calvinist) Dutch in South Africa are all well documented historical facts. The Bible indeed, as does all the world’s Scriptures, contains much that is good and sublime. Christianity too has much that is good and positive and acceptable. But the Bible also contains an incredible amount of nonsense, immorality, wickedness and sheer ignorance. The Bible contains such a vast amount of subject matter that it is possible to justify anything and everything from its pages. The new converts, coddled in the niceties of modern day Christianity are never taught the true history of the church, about the wars of religion, the inquisition etc. and how much the Bible was used to justify the imperialist expansion of the Dutch, Spanish, Portuguese and the English. The entire ediﬁce of Apartheid in South Africa was theologically justiﬁed by the Dutch Reformed Church, on the basis of Scripture. The Dutch Calvinists, like the American Protestants saw themselves as the “New Israel“ entering into the land of Canaan (Africa and America respectively.) The pagans that they came across were the “New Canaanites“ of the Old Testament. Therefore it made sense to them that the socio- political policies of Yahweh regarding the “Old Canaanites” viz. total annihilation, was still valid.

When -the Christian—Europeans arrived in America in 1492 there were an estimated 80 million native Inhabitants — by 1550 only 10 million remained. In Mexico on the eve of the Christian conquest there Were about 25 million people, by 1600 only 1 million remained. In the West Indies almost the entire Population was exterminated. In Santo Domingo in 1492 there were about 1 million inhabitants, by 1530 only 10,000 were left. In Cuba in 1492 there were an estimated 600,000 natives, by 1570 only 270 households remained. Gandhi’s Silence on Jalianwala Baug Massacre
By Lucknow pact, Gandhi had actually pushed the Muslims who had entered the mainstream society back to the Islamic fanatic middle ages. The British jailed the then leader of Khilafat movement, Maulana Mohammed Ali. But the British terror was so much, that no Muslim even protested let alone begin riots. Gandhi approved of the Islamic Fundamentalist concepts of Hijr, Jihad and Bloody revolution as orders of the Quran as well as the concepts of Kafir and Shahadat. The only person who had opposed this was Barrister Jinna, and he had also accepted political retirement for the same. Soon after, the Muslims got into the habit of rioting which they use even today. So much for the ‘Khilafat’, yet, When the Jalianwala Baug Massacre took place, Gandhi did not even utter a word against the killings until after 6 months !

Unconditional Muslim appeasement as Gandhi’s philosophy Mohandas Gandhi’s philosophy is often assumed to be pillared by ‘Satya’ and ‘ahimsa’. But the fact is that his philosophy was not just ‘Satya’ and ‘Ahimsa’ but also unconditional muslim appeasement. Gandhi’s behavior was inconsistent with Satya and Ahimsa and yet it was always consistent with the principle of Muslim appeasement. Veer Savarkar called his philosophy as ‘tattva – adnyaan’.

Trampling the faith of hundreds of Congress people for one muslim’s fanaticism!
To show respect for Gandhi, congress adopted the Tiranga(Tricolor) with Charkha as its flag, which would be unfurled on every major event of the congress. This flag would be hoisted in all Twilight Rallies and even homes of Gandhi wadis would be decorated with this flag. University students hoisted this flag on the university building to demonstrate their Nationalist Sentiments. In 1946, after the great Hindu Slaughter, Gandhi was roaming around the Tippora region. This same flag was hoisted on his temporary tent. Once a Muslim finding the flag unbearable took objection. Gandhi immediately ordered to take down the flag ! He did not even bother to ask other congress people.

Gandhi felt that it was imperative to hide the fact that Muslim Rulers committed atrocities on Hindus and forcibly converted them to Islam. Hence he wrote and mentioned several unhistorical aspects about the muslims.

Islam spread by the teachings of Fakirs and not by the sword !
Hassan Nizami, a fiercely fanatical muslim leader from the North once met Gandhi. At that time, Gandhi used the following lies to appease the muslims, “I know the secret ofspread of Islam. I am aware that Islam spread not due to sword but by the teachings of Fakirs and Maulavis, the sword has been used to merely protect Muslim culture!”.

Riddle of Rama

There are n numbers of the followers of Shree Ram. He is known for his Characteristics and for the principles. He is known for moral behavior. He is one from whom we people get the inspiration to follow the noble path. He is one who inspire people of every age group to follow the path of “Dharma”. It is unfortunate that Dr. Ambedkar has fallen in riddle in case of virtues Shi Ram also. Let’s discuss and examine logics of Dr. Ambedkar In case of Riddle of Shri Ram along with the story mentioned in Valmiki Ramayana, which Dr. Ambedkar considered simple and has said that there is nothing sensational about it.

Dr. Ambedkar in his riddle of Rama has mentioned that Dasharath had three wives, Kaushalya, Kaikai and Sumitra besides several hundred concubines.

Vedic principle is only for only one wife. Dhasharatha was having three wives and this is against the Vedic principles. However claim of Dr. Ambedkar is that he was having hundreds of concubines stands nowhere. Story mentioned in the Ramayana does not support the claim of Dr. Ambedkar. In the 6^th Sarg of Balkand of Ramayana while explaining about the Dasharath, Valmki has said him “Jitendraya” i.e. one who control his wishes.

बलवान निहितामित्रो मित्रवान विजितेन्द्रिय। बालकाण्ड षष्ठ सर्ग श्लोक – ३

If Dasharath was having several hundreds of concubines, as claimed by Dr. Ambedkar he would not have been called “Jitendriya” by Valmiki.

Dr. Ambedkar proclaims that Rama’s birth is miraculous and it may be that the suggestion that he was born form a pinda prepared by the sage Shrung is allegorical glass to cover the naked truth that he was begotten upon Kaushalya by the sage Shrung although the two did not stand in the relationship of husband and wife.

Claim of Ambedkar is totally baseless. He accuses Kaushalya of having unethical relationship with sage Shrung however fails to provide any corresponding facts about his claim. Ignoring different chapters in Valmiki Ramayana on the birth of Rama and putting forward own baseless story is the allegorical glass in real sense which Ambedkar was using.

Dashrath was not having child. Sage Shrung was invited to perform the Yagya to cure the disease. And different Kings along with the all four “Varns” were invited by Dasharath on this Occasion.

ततः सुमन्त्रमाहूय वसिष्ठो वाक्यमप्रवीत

निमन्त्रयस्व नृपतीन पृथिव्यां ये च धार्मिकाः

ब्राहम्मणान क्षत्रियान वैश्यान शुद्रांश्चैव सहस्रशः।

१९/२० बालकाण्डे त्रयोदश सर्ग

He invited noble people from all the countries. Dashrath asked Sumant to go to Mithila to invite King “Janak” in the same way King of Kahi and king of Kaikay and in-laws of Dashrath was also invited along with his son. Lot of people from different countries were invited to take part in the “Putresthi” yagya. Valmiki says in 13^th Sarga of Balkand that Dasharath requests to invite all the kings of south India. He further ask Sumant to invite all the Kings of this earth along with their relatives and supporters. Invitations were send to all the kings and their relatives as per the directions of the Dasharath.

दाक्षिणात्यान नरेन्द्रांश्च समस्तानानयस्व ह

सन्ति स्निग्धाश्च ये चान्ये राजानः पृथिवीतले

तानानय यथा क्षिप्रं सांऊगां सह्बान्धवान्

एतान दुतैर्महाभागैरानयस्व नृपाज्ञया।

२८/२९ बालकाण्डे त्रयोदश सर्ग

Further Valkimi states in “Balkand” that Rishi Shrung perform the putreshti Yagna. He says that “O King! I will perform the “Putreshti yagna” with the Mantras of Atharveda. Purpose of this yagya will be fulfilled on following the process given in Atharveda.

यष्टिं ते हं करिष्यामि पुत्रियां पुत्रकारणात

अथर्व शिरसि प्रोक्तैर्मन्त्रै सिद्धां विधानतः।

२ पंचदश सर्गः बालकाण्ड

At the end of the Yagna Sage Shring prepares the medicine and ask Dashrath to go to their wives and provide the medicine. He assures Dashrath that his wish of having son will come true.

भार्यानामनुरपाणामश्रीतेती प्रयच्छ वै

तासु त्वम् लप्य्स्यसे पुत्रान यदर्थं यजसे नृप।

२० बालकाण्डे षोडश सर्गः

It is clearly stated in the Valmiki Ramayan that it was a mammoth organization in Ayodhaya in which kings from whole world was invited along with their relatives. “Putreshti Yagna” was performed by the Rishis. On the basis of that medicines were prepared by the Rishis and handed over to Dashrath to get his wish fulfilled.

In the light of above facts baseless allegation of Dr. Ambedkar stands nowhere. Neither the facts of Ramayana supports his claims nor has he given any basis of what he has written. It seems complete baseless result less attempt to malign the image of Noble person Shree Ram.

Dr Ambedkar further writes that “Valmiki states in his Ramyanana by emphasizing the fact that Ram is an Avatar of Vishnu”.

It is something which he has written on the basis of adulterate verses of Ramayana. Stand is not made on the basis of adulterated verses. As the Rama is called incarnation of Vishnu on the same basis Mahatma Buddha is also declared incarnation of Vishnu. But the verses of Bhagavat puran (Pratham Skandh, third Chapter) declaring Mahatma Buddha as incarnation of Vishnu will not be acceptable to any of the follower of Buddha or the follower Ambedkar as the adulterated verses doesn’t have any base.

Dr. Ambedkar writes that according to the Valmiki Ramayana Sita is not the natural born child found by a farmer in his field while ploughing it and presented by him to king Janaka and brought up by Janka. It was there superficial sense that Sita could be said to be the daughter of Janaka.

This claim is again on the basis of adulterated verses. Dr. Ambedkar has ignored deliberately or un deliberately verses of Ramayana stating that Sita was the daughter of King Janak and his wife.

Swami Vidyanand saraswati writes that how it can be considered that Sita was born from earth when in Valmiki Ramayana at many places Sita is called “Aatmaj” of Janka (वर्धमानां मम आत्मजः। बालकाण्ड ६६/१५ , जनकात्मजे (युद्ध ११/१८ ), जनकात्मजा ( रघुवंश १३/७८ )

“Aatmajah” stand for generated from his own body.

During her stay in forests, Sita discusses with Anusuiya in the Aashrama of Atri Muni that :

प्राणी प्रदाने च यत्पुरा तवाग्नि सन्निधौ

अनुशिष्टम् जनन्या में वाक्यं तदपि में धृतम।

अयोध्या कांड ११८ /८-९

Whatever advises given to me by my mother at the time of my marriage I have not forgotten that. I have adopted all that in my behavior.

Whether in this statement, of describing the advices at the time of marriage, Earth can be called the advisor? Whether it was earth who weep while sending Sita with the Rama? Tulaseedas even has noted the name of her mother as Sunayana.

जनक वाम दिसि सोह सुनयना,

हिमगिरि संग बनी जिमी मैना।

रामचरितमानस ३५६/२

In the Ramayana at the time of marriage name of 22 forefathers of Rama have remembered in the same manner name of forefathers of Sita have been also remembered. If earth would have been the mother of Sita in that case who would be called the forefathers of earth?

Sita coming out of the earth is a gross gossip which Dr. Ambedkar has used in riddle. It is total hearsay. Neither the Valmiki Ramayana Support this fact nor the common sense.

Dr Ambedkar further states that according to Buddha Ramayana, Sita was the sister of Rama, both were the children of Dasharatha. He further states that “Among the Aryans marriage between brothers and sisters were allowed.

This is again the imagination of the Dr. Ambedkar and the writer of Buddha Ramayana. Ancient text that is available about the Rama is Valmiki Ramayana. And other books about the Ram were written in later years. But that Ram and Sita was brother and sister is not supported by any of the version of Ramayan.

In supporting his views Dr. Ambedkar has proclaimed that in Aryans marriage between brothers and sisters were allowed. This is again completed baseless allegation which Dr. Ambedkar has put forward. It shows the ignorance of Dr. Amebdkar regarding the topic he was writing.

Oldest law of this earth is Manu Smriti. Aryans have been following it up for sagas to sagas. Let’s see what Manu Smriti says about the marriage part.

असपिण्डा च या मातुरगोत्रा च या पितुः

सा प्रशस्ता द्विजातीनां दारकर्मणि मैथुने

“A girl, who is not descended on his mother’s side within the sixth degree and does not bear the same family name (Gotra) as his father’s. is eligible for marriage.” MANU 3: 5.

In the absence of evidence about the allegation, and in the presence of clear law of Manu who can say that Sita and Rama was brother and sister?

Dr. Ambedkar further says that Rama was not monogamous and was having many wives along with lot of concubines. But the reference provided by Dr. Ambedkar does not confirm his allegation that Shri Ram was having many wives or concubines.

Dr. Ambedkar has alleged Rama to abandon Sita in a state of pregnancy and for the murder of Shambuk etc.

This again a combinations of adulterated verses on which Dr. Ambedkar has relied. He has forgotten to consider that Valmiki has written Ramayana as it was elaborated by Narada to him. Narada had elaborated story up to the Lanka war. In that case how Valmiki would have written the Uttar kand .Full of these rubbish stories used to malign the images of Rama.

In the Balkand 1^st Sarag , Naradas says :

नंदीग्रामे जटाम हित्वा भ्रातृभि सहितो नघ :

रामः सीतामनुप्राप्य राज्यम पुनर वाप्तवान्।

After completing his tenure of forest stay Rama took hair cut at Nandi village and lived in the Ayodhya.

Swami Vidyanand Saraswati writes that when story was heard by Valmiki upto the stage of coming back to Ayodhya, how one can claim that Rama abandon the Sita in the stage of pregnancy and murdered Shambuk. All these stories are baseless and part of adulteration. There is not base of these stories mentioned in Balkand of the Valmeeki Ramayan. Tulasee das has also completed his Ramcharitmanas on the Yuddha kand and all these baseless stories does not have their place in Ramcharitmanas.

As well as in the Mahabharat, Ramayan story is mentioned with the name of “Ramopakhyan” and their also story of ram is completed on the Yudhdh kand. All other stories are not in Mahabharat also.

We can conclude on the facts given from Valmiki Ramayana, Ramcharitmanas and from the Mahabharat that the claims raised by Dr. Ambedkar on Rama are baseless and does not stand anywhere and these are either not supported by any verses of the Ramayana or are written on the basis of adulterated version in the same way as Mahatma Buddh is said as avatar of Vishnu. 🙂

प्रोफ़ेसर मैक्समुलर ने सब से पहले जब लिखा की ऋग्वेद संसार के पुस्तकालय में सब से प्राचीनतम है अब इस लिए भारत के अन्य संस्कृत के भारतीय हिंदू विद्वान भी इसके साथ ही “ चारो वेदों “ को प्राचीनतम ग्रन्थ लिखने लगे है | यदि मैक्समुलर लिख जाता की सायण अंधे की वैसाखी नहीं हो सकती, किन्तु “ निरुक्त “ ही पुराने ववेद के प्राचीनतम शब्द समझने का दीपक है तो फिर हमारे देश के संस्कृत के भारी बाबू विद्वान आज तर्क युक्त वैज्ञानिक अर्थ स्वयं करते हुए सर्वत्र दिखाई देते है और “ वैदिक निघंटु “ और उसके भाष्य “ निरुक्त “ को चार चाँद लग जाते | महामुनि पंडित त्यागवीर श्री ग्रुरुदत्त जी “ M.A science professor Lahore ने अपने सब ग्रन्थ अंग्रेजी में लिखे है और यह open secret है की वह अमेरिका में अपने ग्रंथो तथा Vedic magazine का भारी प्रचार करने के लिए महात्मा गाँधी के समान, नहीं, नहीं किसी अंश में उनसे भी बढ़कर प्राणों की बाजी लगा गए | अमर शहीद पूज्य स्वामी श्रद्धानंद जी सदा अपने लेखो तथा अपने भाषणों में “ तपस्वी महामुनि पंडित गुरुदत्त जी को ‘जिन्दा शहीद ‘ कहा करते थे | कौन नहीं जानता की गुरुदत्त सचमुच “ अमेरिका में वेदिक सन्देश पहुचने के लिए अपने उस शरीर को जो पहलवानी शरीर था यौवन काल में एक एक इंच करके त्यागने लगे | आर्य समाज के वृद्ध नेता श्री “केदारनाथ जी” थापड लाहौर निवासी ईश्वर कृपा से अभी जीवित है, वह मुनिवर की निम्न दिनचर्या की साक्षी दे सकते है |

गर्मी की ऋतु है, जेठ-मास चल रहा है | गुरुदत्त जी लाहौर के कुचा ‘जोड़े-नोरी’ में अपने घर की सब से उप्पर की छत वा ममटी पर चुभने वाली मुंज के परम सस्ते एक अर्ध कसी व “ढीली खाट” पर बिना धरी, बिना तकिया और बिना कोई वस्त्र के पहने सो रहे है | जिस वक़्त कुक्कुट पहली बांग के लिए बोलता है, ठीक उस समय वह कभी-कभी उस से भी पहले महा मुनि जी उठकर चोला पहन १० व १२ मूल उपनिषदों का गुटका एक जेब में दूसरी जेब में मूल योग दर्शन और तीसरी में “ प्रशस्तपाद “ नामी आर्ष ग्रन्थ लिए घर से तीन व चार मिल बाहर गोल बाग से परे “ बाग बानपुरा “ की सीमा वा चुबरजा के आगे इस तेजी से चलते हुए पहोचते है मानो सादारण घोडा सहज दौड रहा है | वहा एकांत जंगल में यह प्रथम “ दिशा जंगल “ जाते है अपने महले पर पुष्कल मीठी दाल देते है | जैसा की मनु शास्त्र में लिखा है | फिर चलते हुए कुए पर दन्त धावन तथा स्नान करते है और एक जेब में से लोटा तथा कपडे दोने का स्वदेशी “ मुल्तानी “ टिक्की है उसे निकाल खूब हाथ मार कर दोभी समान अपनी कोपीन, धोती और चोला व लंबा कुर्ता जेबो वाला दाल देते है | सुखी कोपीन एक जेब से निकाल कर धारण कर एक उर्नासन को जो कमर अंदर लपेट लाए थे धोती के उप्पर कमरपेटी की जगह उस को बिछाकर पूर्व की मुख कर “ गायत्री मंत्र “ का उच्चारण उच्चे स्वर से करने के पिच्छे कम से कम एक घंटा तक ओम का मन में जप तथा ध्यान योग व योग्यभ्यास करते है | इसके पिच्छे कम से कम आधा घंटा वह उपनिषद के एक वचन पर मनन करते वा योगदर्शन की बारी है तो उसके किसी मूल सूत्र पर मनन करते वा प्रशस्तपाद की बारी है तो उसका एक पृष्ट बाचते तथा मनन करते | फिर सूर्य चढ़ने के पिच्छे सब वस्तु संग लेकर बिजली के वेग से चलते हुए सिद्धे चुपचाप मार्ग में किसी से बात न करते हुए घर बहुचते और जिस कोठारी में Vedic Magazine लिखनी है- उसी कोठे में उनके “जेठा नामी” नौकर हवन लकड़ी सामग्री घृत आदि रखे हुए है | हवन करते वक्त संस्कार विधि उनके हाथ में जरुर होती थी वह पास रखी रहती थी,चाहे मंत्र वह बिना पुस्तक देखे मुख से क्यों न बोले अब वह गौ दूध एक गिलास मुल्तानी खांड सहित पिया करते व बिना खांड के कभी-कभी इस समय दूध न पीकर लेमुं का शरबत जो घर में बने पिया करते बिना बर्फ डाले | इसके पिच्छे वह एक घंटा तक ऋषि दयान्द कृत भाषा वा Andrew Jackson Davis के अंग्रेजी ग्रंथो में से किसी ग्रन्थ का पाठ व मनन करते | कारण की वह कहा करते थे की इस समय संसार में दो ही योगी है मेरी दृष्टी में है |

एक तो महर्षि दयानंद और तो दूसरे अमेरिका के Seer अर्थात योगी Andrew Jackson Davis वह उक्त अमेरिकन डेविस को इन्द्रजय देव कृष्ण भी कहा करते | उनकी संगत में जो जिज्ञासु आता है उसको वह सदैव ऋषि दयानंद के सब ग्रन्थ तथा डेविस साहब के सब ग्रन्थ जो ( Theosophical Society Adyar Madras ) मिल सकते है पढ़ने के लिए कहा करते | भोजन करने के पीछे कमरे में आधा घंटा टहलने के पीछे वह अपने कमरे में इस गर्मी की ऋतू में दूसरी मंजिल पर नाकि नीचे की मंजिल पर, बिना छत के,पंखे के और बिना अपने हाथ के पंखे के वह एक धोती तथा मुल्तानी तथा एक लंबा चोला पहने पैर में कास्ट की खडावे नंगे बालो वाले सर और लंबी मुछ दाडी सहित ( Vedic Magazine ) के लेख लिका करते | जब हम देखने जाते तब वह बारा बजे से लेकर पांच बजे तक इस गर्मी की ऋतू में वेदिक मैग्जीन लाहौर ही में लिख रहे है | वह भी निचे की ठंडी मंजिल में नहीं | फिर दूसरी गरम मंज़ल के गरम कमरे में किसी नौकर को खसकी दर लगा पानी छिडकने व पंखे खेचने को आज्ञा नहीं और स्वयं भी हाथ में हाथ पंखा नहीं लेते और पसीना छूट रहा है | अंगोछे से पसीना पूंछ पूंछ कर १२ बजे से ५ बजे तक कुर्सी पर बैठकर काम करते |

महामुनि पं गुरुदत्त जी के जीवनचरित्र के शेष भाग में हम उनको ऋषि दयानंद द्वारा रचित वेदांग प्रकाश, अष्टाध्यायी, निरुक्त तथा वैदिक निघंटु के प्रचार के लिए अपनी पर्णकुटी में लगातार कम से कम तीन वर्ष स्वर्ग सिधारने तक शिक्षण देते हुए पाते है | उक्त वैदिक संस्कृत वर्ग में बड़े बड़े संस्कृतज्ञ पंडित भक्त रैमलदास जी हैडमास्टर, पं ऋषि रामजी, पं जयचंद्र जी, महाशय दशबंधीराम जी, महाशय केदारनाथ जी थापड आदि शाम को रोज एक घंटा उक्त ग्रन्थ पढते हुए पाते है |

जब यह पंडित वर्ग उनसे पढ़ जाता तो हमारा दूसरा लघु वर्ग पढ़ने आता जो केवल अष्टाध्यायी का था | इसमें महाशय जगन्नाथ मरवाहा सदैव परीक्षा में प्रथम रहा करते थे | और मई, डॉ चिरंजीलाल, महाशय शालिग्राम, महाशय गणपतराय, महाशय धनपतराय आदि पढ़ा करते थे |

दोनों वर्गों में पढाते हुए वह ऋषि दयानंद के भाष्य शैली को मार्गदर्शक सिद्ध कर दिखाते थे | यही नहीं वैदिक सिद्धांतों पर जो आक्षेप मि० अग्निहोत्री आदि ब्रह्मसमाजी व देव समाजी किया करते व अंग्रेजी वर्तमान नास्तिक साहित्य में ईश्वर जीव आदि के विरुद्ध पुस्तकों में पाये जाते उन सब का भी समाधान उक्त दोनों वर्गों को पढाते हुए वह रोज कर जाया करते |

जब उनकी अंग्रेजी में पुस्तक The Terminology of the Vedas तो इस पुस्तक ने उनकी संस्कृत विद्या की धाक जहाँ पंडित मंडल में बिठा दी वहाँ कलकते में रहनेवाले एक नामी German Theosophist Dr Salzer M.D जो डॉक्टरी करते थे, उक्त पुस्तक को देख कर मुग्ध हो गए और पत्र में लिखा की वेदार्थ करने की जो चाबी आपने सिद्ध की है वह मात्र यथार्थ है | उन्होंने कई कौपिस इसकी मंगा कर जर्मनी में अनेक विद्वानों के पास भेजी |

उक्त महामुनि के स्वर्गवास पीछे Oxford University में एक व दो वर्ष उक्त पुस्तक text book रही |

उनकी मौत के पीछे सर्वस्व त्यागी पूज्य महात्मा दुर्गा प्रसाद जी ने वैदिक Readers बनाई जो की ऋषि दयानंद कृत भाष्य पर आधार रखती थी | हाई स्कुल में अंग्रेजी classes में यह उत्तम Readers अनेक वर्ष प्रचार पाती रही |

फिर जब आर्य प्रतिनिधि सभा पंजाब यौवन में आई तो महात्मा पार्टी में यह प्रश्न सामने खड़ा हुआ की महत्मा दुर्गा प्रसाद जी समान यदि सभा अंग्रेजी में वेदों के अनेक सूक्तो के अनुवाद कराकर अपने आर्य High Schools में दाखिल कर दे तो जो विष University द्वारा रचित Vedic Readers देश के Colleges में फैला रही है वह दूर हो सकेंगा | बहुपक्ष महात्मा दल का स्वर्गीय श्री पं गुरुदत्त जी के मत का था और जिस प्रकार उन्होंने अपनी कुटी में दो संस्कृत वर्ग खोल थे, उसी प्रकार के वर्ग खोलने के लिए Gurukula बनाने की Scheme उक्त दल के नेता महात्मा श्री मुंशी राम जी को सूझी और उन्होंने गुरुदत्त जी की स्कीम को संजीवन करने के लिए गुरुकुल कांगडी को जन्म दिया |

इसके पीछे जब एक सनातनी पंडित ने मुरादाबाद से एक पुस्तक लिख कर सत्यार्थ प्रकाश तथा उक्त निरुक्त शैली द्वारा ऋषि दयानंद व आर्य पंडितो के वेदार्थ करने का खंडन किया तो स्वर्गस्थ पूज्य श्री पं तुलसीराम जी स्वामी मेरठ निवासी ने अपना अमर ग्रन्थ भास्कर प्रकाश रच कर निरुक्त शैली से वेदार्थ करने की महिमा दर्शा दी |

आर्य सामाजिक पत्रों में वह सज्जन जो वेद में इतिहास मानना चाहते है, वह एक मंत्र पेश किया करते है, जिसमे त्रित शब्द आता है और इसको लिखकर कूप में गिरे हुए ऋषि की कथा ठोका करते है | उक्त स्थल का प्रमाण तथा युक्ति पूर्ण खंडन पं श्री तुलसीराम जी के उक्त ग्रन्थ में मिलता है | जिसका खंडन आज तक कोई भी सायण भक्त व इतिहास वादी नहीं कर सका |

अंत में वेद शब्द के अर्थ संसार भर के संस्कृत तथा Sanskrit English कोष तो Knowledge वा विद्या के करे और वेद को परम शास्त्र संस्कृत साहित्य लिखे | शास्त्र शब्द के अर्थ कोई भी विद्वान महाभारत आदि इतिहास ग्रन्थ के नहीं करेंगा | आप्टे कृत कोष तो Knowledge or science शास्त्र शब्द के अर्थ करे, फिर वेद को परम शास्त्र भी मानते जाओ साथ ही इतिहास ग्रन्थ कहते जाओ | यह बात भला कोई तर्क प्रिय जिज्ञासु कैसे सत्य मान सकता है ?

AV 6.57.1 इदमिद्‌ वा उ भेषजमिदं रुद्रस्य भेषजम्‌ । येनेषुमेकतजनां शतशल्यामपब्रवत्‌ ॥अथर्व 6-57-1

To cure व्रण – wrana ie. All diseases the medicines made available by Rudra are indeed the only cures. According to (Monier Williams wrana stands for wound, sore, ulcer, abscess, tumors, cancer, boil, scar, cicatrix, cracks etc.)

The cures are carried out by, sharp ended single arrow or multiple arrows of the medicine.

AV 6.57.2 जालाषेणाभि षिञ्चत जलाषेणोप सिञ्चत। जालाषमुग्रं भेषजं तेन नो मृड जीवसे ॥अथर्व 6-57-2

The body parts affected by disease should be thoroughly washed with the mixture of Cow Urine and activated water. The nearest to the disease parts of the body should also be washed with mixture of Gomutra and activated water. This is the most potent remedy blessed by Rudra for giving healthy life to us for the treatment of these diseases.

हे परिचारको, (जालाषेण) जल से- गोमूत्र फेनामिश्रित जल से (अभिषिञ्चत) व्रण को अच्छी तरहधोओ । (जालाषेण) उसी जलोषध से (उप सिंञ्चत) उस के समीपस्थ भाग को प्रक्षालन करो ।क्योंकि (जलाषम्‌ उग्र भेषजम्‌) गोमूत्र फेन मिश्रित जल रोगिनिवृत्ति की उग्र दवाई है। हे रुद्ग(तेन) उस औषधि से (जीवसे न मृड) जीवन प्रदान करने के लिए हम पर कृपा करो।अथर्ववेद संहिता , सनातन-भाष्येनोपेतः, माधवपुस्तकालयः ।

AV 6.57.3 शं च नो मयश्च नो मा च नः कि चनाममत्‌ । क्षमा रपो विश्वं नोअस्तुभेषजं सर्वं नो अस्तु भेषजम्‌ ॥ अथर्व 6-57-3

Let there be health for us, peace for us, pleasure for us, let nothing cause injury and harm to us, let all diseases be banished, let all the objects in this world be promoters of our health,

हे देव हमें आरोग्य और सुख मिले। हमारी प्रजा पशु आदि कोई भी रोग ग्रस्त न हो। पापकी शान्ति हो। स्थावर जंगम यह समस्त विश्व हमारे लिए औषधिरूप हों । सब कुछ औषधिरूप हो।

These Veda mantras describe the Urine of Cow to be the ultimate treatment against unicellular amoeba like organisms (Vedas call them creatures without mouths) . Use of the cow urine is suggested as a mixture with vigorously stirred – foaming water- activated water, similar to the making of Homeopathic & Bio dynamic preparations. Modern techniques to treat water describe such water variously as ‘Activated water, Alkalized water, Structured water etc. Russian scientists are reported to have done considerable research work on such water. In addition to germicidal properties of such water, great improvements in Soil fertility by improving the microorganisms in the soil, and increased agricultural crop production when irrigated with such waters have been reported. In addition to study of germicidal actions of Ganga Jal in view of above references in Vedas, It is a matter for our agriculture scientists to also investigate whether irrigation with Ganga Jal gives larger crop productions.
