Narrated ‘Aisha:
that the Prophet married her when she was six years old and he consummated his marriage when she was nine years old, and then she remained with him for nine years (i.e., till his death).

Narrated ‘Ursa:
The Prophet asked Abu Bakr for ‘Aisha’s hand in marriage. Abu Bakr said “But I am your brother.” The Prophet said, “You are my brother in Allah’s religion and His Book, but she (Aisha) is lawful for me to marry.”

Narrated ‘Aisha:
Allah’s Apostle said to me, “You were shown to me twice (in my dream) before I married you. I saw an angel carrying you in a silken piece of cloth, and I said to him, ‘Uncover (her),’ and behold, it was you. I said (to myself), ‘If this is from Allah, then it must happen.

Narrated Hisham’s father:
Khadija died three years before the Prophet departed to Medina. He stayed there for two years or so and then he married ‘Aisha when she was a girl of six years of age, and he consumed that marriage when she was nine years old.

‘A’isha (Allah be pleased with her) reported that Allah’s Apostle (may peace be upon him) married her when she was seven years old, and he was taken to his house as a bride when she was nine, and her dolls were with her; and when he (the Holy Prophet) died she was eighteen years old.

Narrated Aisha, Ummul Mu’minin:
The Apostle of Allah (peace_be_upon_him) married me when I was seven or six. When we came to Medina, some women came. according to Bishr’s version: Umm Ruman came to me when I was swinging. They took me, made me prepared and decorated me. I was then brought to the Apostle of Allah (peace_be_upon_him), and he took up cohabitation with me when I was nine. She halted me at the door, and I burst into laughter.

Sahih Muslim Book 008, Number 3311

Narrated ‘Aisha:
I used to play with the dolls in the presence of the Prophet, and my girl friends also used to play with me. When Allah’s Apostle used to enter (my dwelling place) they used to hide themselves, but the Prophet would call them to join and play with me. (The playing with the dolls and similar images is forbidden, but it was allowed for ‘Aisha at that time, as she was a little girl, not yet reached the age of puberty.) (Fateh-al-Bari page 143, Vol.13)

Sushruta Sutrasthane Adhyaya 35/10
panchvimshe tato varshe puman nari tu shodashe………kushalo bhishaka
The wise men agree that for marriage and conception the man should be at least 25 yrs of age and the woman should be at least 16 yrs of age.

Sushruta Sutrasthane Adhyaya 10/47-48
uunshodashvarshayamprapta:………na karyet.
In case a man aged less than 25 places his seed in a girl aged less than 16 ; either the child will be born dead , or will not live long or even if it lives it will have weak senses.

Further, Manu writes in Adhyaya 3/5

pumanpunsodhike shukre stri bhavatyadhike striya:……viparyaya:

That if a man’s discharge exceeds a woman’s he will get a boy……

NOW WHAT DO WE READ IN THIS HADITH:

Bukhari: Volume 1, Book 5, Number 268:

Narrated Qatada:
Anas bin Malik said, “The Prophet used to visit all his wives in a round, during the day and night and they were eleven in number.” I asked Anas, “Had the Prophet the strength for it?” Anas replied, “We used to say that the Prophet was given the strength of thirty (men).” And Sa’id said on the authority of Qatada that Anas had told him about nine wives only (not eleven).

Mulla Naseeruddinji, tell me how many boys did your Prophet beget?

“ None of Muhammad’s sons survived into adulthood” !!
I am sure that u would have understood why the Prophet lost many of his children before they attained maturity.!

Therefore, man should adhere to Brahmcharya till 25 yrs and marry girls above 16 to to beget sons & daughters who lead a long & healthy life. [brahmcharya is one of the yama(s) in Patanjali Yogasutras. In case a man indulges in too much sex he will contract diseases like PRAMEH & MADHUMEH or Diabetes which might render him IMPOTENT at a later stage].

By Fervour and by self-restraint the Learned/Erudite persons [deva=Vidwaan, Eeshwar, etc] drove Death away  from them.
R. Griffith  translates Deva=God here which is incorrect. The context is brahmcharya and AUM is pure Consciousness. Where is the relevance of brahmcharya for AUM? http://www.sacred-texts.com/hin/av/av11005.htm

CONCLUSION: Rishi Charaka & Rishi Manu who worshipped AUM knew much MORE than the Prophet of Allah.
