यद्यपि महाभारत काल के पश्चात् वैदिक शैक्षणिक व्यवस्था के मूल स्वरूप में विकृति प्रारभ हो गई थी। जिसके परिणाम स्वरूप वाम मार्ग का अयुदय होने से नैतिक मूल्यों और संस्कृत के प्रसार में ह्रास होता गया किन्तु मुगल शासन के प्रारभ होते ही द्वेषवश संस्कृत भाषा को मिटा देने का कुचक्र प्रारभ हो गया। इसी कड़ी में अनेक विश्वविद्यालय, पुस्तकालयों तथा पाठशालाओं को नष्ट कर दिया गया।
किन्तु आज स्थिति उससे भी अधिक भयावह है। भारत में मतान्तरण का सपना संजोये मुस्लिम एवं क्रिश्चियन मिशनरियों ने यह धारणा ही बना ली है कि जब तक संस्कृत भाषा रहेगी तबतक भारतीय संस्कृति को मिटाया नहीं जा सकता।
एक नियोजित षड़यन्त्र के अन्तर्गत संस्कृत को मृत भाषा घोषित करने का प्रयास किया जा रहा है। वैदिक (हिन्दू) धर्म के सभी ग्रन्थ संस्कृत भाषा में हैं। यदि विश्व की प्राचीनतम एवं वैज्ञानिक भाषा का ही अस्तित्व नहीं रहेगा तो हिन्दू धर्मग्रन्थों की स्थिति क्या होगी? इसे सहज ही समझा जा सकता है।
यह दुर्भाग्य का विषय है कि उत्तर प्रदेश की वर्तमान अखिलेश सरकार ने अरबी फारसी के विकास के लिए 556 करोड़ की राशि इस वर्ष के बजट में निर्धारित की है, जबकि संस्कृत भाषा के लिए एक रुपया भी बजट में नहीं रखा गया है। प्रश्न यह है कि क्या अरबी-फारसी भारत की मूल भाषा है या अरब ईरान (फारस) की भाषा है? संस्कृत भाषा को इतनी घृणा की दृष्टि से देखने का औचित्य क्या है? विगत 12 वर्षों में एक भी गुरुकुल या संस्कृत विद्यालय को मान्यता तक नहीं मिली है, जबकि इसी अन्तराल में सरकारी खजाने से लखनऊ-मलीहाबाद रोड पर भव्य अरबी फारसी विश्वविद्यालय का निर्माण हुआ है। यह तब है जब देश में पहले से ही अरबी-फारसी के कई विश्वविद्यालय मौजूद हैं। अकेले सहारनपुर मण्डल में 42 मदरसे हैं। इन मदरसों में धार्मिक समभाव एवं विज्ञान की कैसी शिक्षा दी जाती है, यह किसी से छिपा नहीं है। अल्पसंयक तुष्टिकरण के लिये सपूर्णानन्द संस्कृत विश्वविद्यालय से प्रथमा, मध्यमा तथा उत्तर मध्यमा को मिलने वाली मान्यता पर रोक लगा दी गई। कहा गया कि इसके लिये संस्कृत शिक्षा बोर्ड का गठन किया जायेगा। मुलायम एवं मायावती सरकार में लगभग 8 वर्ष बीतने के पश्चात् कुछ माह पूर्व संस्कृत विद्यालयों के लिये संस्कृत शिक्षा बोर्ड का गठन अवश्य हुआ है, किन्तु गुरुकुलों को मान्यता देने की प्रवृत्ति अभी भी देखने में नहीं आ रही है। जब संस्कृत के लिये अखिलेश सरकार के पास एक रुपया भी नहीं है तो मान्यता ही कैसे मिल सकती है? जब सी.बी.एस.ई बोर्ड में उत्तर मध्यमा (इण्टर) से संस्कृत हटा दी गयी है तो स्नातक की परीक्षा कैसे दी जा सकती है? इस देश का यह दुर्भाग्य है कि यहाँ लगभग सभी प्रान्तों में अंग्रेजी को किसी न किसी रूप में अनिवार्य बनाया गया है तथा फ्रेंच, जर्मन एवं अन्य भाषाओं के शिक्षण में काफी राजकीय सहायता दी जा रही है, किन्तु हिन्दी सहित भारत की सभी भाषाओं एवं विश्व की सभी भाषाओं की जन्मदात्री वैदिक संस्कृत को ही समाप्त करने का जो दुष्प्रयास हो रहा है, वह अवांछनीय है तथा देश के बुद्धिजीवी वर्ग को इस विषय पर गहन-चिन्तन करने की आवश्यकता है कि इसका दुष्परिणाम क्या होगा?

Sanskrit is very easy language to learn. I have started the learning Sanskrit. I can say after doing some practices of Sanskrit lesson, it is very easy language to learn in comparison of English or any other tongue. Hindu Poranic religious pandit have spread misconceptions in society that in this era learning Sanskrit is very tough. I can say without doubt that to become a lawyer, C.A., Engineer, Doctor, professor of English 10 times tough than learning Sanskrit, Veda & Darshan philosophy. And i request to Aryamantvya to upload sanskrit lessons on this website too.
Such things happening since last 1100 years. That is why sanskrit language completely out of people conversation.

Can Global Arya Samaj unite and fight against this situation by putting a solid pressure on the Govt. If we form influential lobby groups then I think it will be achieved. Please share your views on this because I think that today’s pseudo intellectual educated modern Indians will not be able to do this.

Namaste Ji Indeed it is a difficult task but it is achievable. For that I think a serious action plan is necessary. For this we can take help of present govt also who is pro vedic. Also we have to change the mindset of people slowly from the clutches of Secularists, Leftists, Communists and Marxists. And also we have to enlighten our own people from the deep superstitions of today’s hindu society. For this we can preach and propagate True Vedic Arya Dharma as told by Maharishi Dayanand Saraswati through true knowledge of Vedas. For that every section of Hindu Society has to be considered at par and I think this will be achieved through proper education also I will call you and we will meet to have a proper action plan
